Job Requirements
- Ability to work in hot, wet, humid, and loud environments for extended periods
- ability to lift, reach, bend, and stoop
- work in a standing position for long periods
- safely lift bags, cases, and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift
- maintain exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- must be able to work holidays
- must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Job Duties
- Load, run, and unload the dish machine efficiently
- keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical issues immediately
- wash and store all tableware and kitchenware to ensure adequate levels of clean items for the dining room and kitchen
- clean food preparation and production areas as required
- perform general cleaning duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
- complete other tasks as assigned by management or leadership to support the smooth operation of the kitchen
