Job Duties
- Contributes positively to the team environment
- washes pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses, and traps
- maintains neat appearance of working areas and equipment storage
- ensures store is prepped with necessary tools and cleaning stations ready
- collaborates with front of house for efficient bussing of tables
- cleans cooking and eating tools thoroughly
- builds relationships across back and front of house teams
- communicates effectively to execute responsibilities
- follows food hygiene regulations
- receives and unpacks kitchen and food deliveries
- sweeps and mops kitchen floors
- cleans garbage cans and waste barrels
- washes worktables, walls, and refrigerators
- operates dishwashing machine according to procedures
- performs general cleaning duties such as vacuuming and checking bathrooms
- maintains grooming and uniform guidelines
