- physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
- willingness to learn and take on new tasks
- food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one upon hire

Job Duties
- Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen items
- sort and stack clean dishes and utensils in designated storage areas
- assist with general kitchen cleaning tasks, including sweeping and mopping floors, emptying trash bins, and wiping down surfaces
- follow proper sanitation procedures and health code regulations at all times
- collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized workspace
- adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace
- report any maintenance or repair issues with kitchen equipment to the appropriate supervisor
- perform other duties as assigned by management to support the overall operation of the catering business
