We are currently hiring full-time and part-time Dishwashers to join our team immediately. The Dishwasher plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our kitchen and dish room areas. This position requires an individual who is organized, efficient, and committed to creating a safe, clean environment for both staff and guests. The Dishwasher's primary responsibility is to wash and sanitize all plateware, drinkware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment using industrial dishwashing machines. In addition to dishwashing, the role involves cleaning kitchen work areas, sweeping and mopping floors, maintaining equipment, and assisting kitchen staff as needed, particularly during busy periods.

Job Duties

  • Operate an industrial dishwasher
  • wash dishes, sweep and mop floors, clean and maintain equipment, sanitize utensils and maintain all areas of the restaurant
  • maintain kitchen work areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly conditions
  • clean food preparation areas, facilities or equipment
  • execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
  • place clean dishes, utensils or cooking equipment in storage areas
  • empty and clean all trash receptacles
  • provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, including basic prep
  • load or unload trucks that deliver or pick up food or supplies
  • perform opening, closing and side work
  • clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
