Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in dishwashing or sanitation preferred
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • good communication skills
  • ability to follow instructions and work independently and with a team
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and smallwares
  • assist in spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings
  • maintain a safe and pleasing environment
  • assist in set-up, operation, and cleanup of the restaurant interior and exterior
  • communicate effectively with team members
  • work well in fast-paced, collaborative environments
  • uphold sanitation and safety standards
