Your tasks will encompass washing dishes either by hand or using dishwashing machines, cleaning and sanitizing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks, as well as sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors.

In addition to maintaining hygiene standards, the position requires removing trash and garbage to designated disposal areas and cleaning equipment using specific chemicals to meet strict sanitary requirements. You will also be responsible for re-stocking supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials, which contributes to the overall efficiency and safety of the food service environment. Duties may vary depending on client requirements or business needs, and additional responsibilities may be assigned accordingly.

This role demands physical stamina as it involves significant walking or other means of mobility, along with the ability to stand or walk for extended periods, sometimes exceeding eight hours per shift.
