Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- no prior related work experience required
- knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic concepts of food safety
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- ability to lift up to 35 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally
- punctual and reliable attendance
- willingness to perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling
Job Qualifications

- knowledge of sanitation procedures including basic food safety concepts
- ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- physical ability to lift up to 35 pounds regularly and occasionally 50 pounds

Job Duties
- Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine
- clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors
- removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- re-stock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- assist with basic set-up and break-down tasks as directed
