Job Duties
- wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen workspaces
- organize and store clean dishes and utensils properly
- assist kitchen staff as needed during busy periods
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
- report any maintenance issues with dishwashing equipment
- support team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
