Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or similar setting preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
  • Pass background check if applicable
  • Must adhere to health and safety standards

  • Prior restaurant or kitchen experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
  • Ensure all kitchen and dishwashing areas comply with health and safety standards
  • Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
  • Dispose of trash and recyclables appropriately
  • Monitor dishwashing supplies and report shortages
  • Support the team by performing additional cleaning duties as assigned
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
