Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using dishwashing machines
  • washes pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures
  • polishes silverware using various methods
  • ensures compliance with safety procedures
  • maintains chemical levels and temperatures as per standards
  • keeps dish area orderly and adheres to safety standards
  • sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness
  • cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
  • removes trash and cleans garbage cans
  • transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • assists in loading and unloading supplies and products
  • performs other duties as assigned
