Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work during seasonal months from April to September
capacity to stand for long periods
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
compliance with safety and sanitation standards
ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen work is advantageous
ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team environment
basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards
physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
good communication skills
reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or using dishwashing machines
washes pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures
polishes silverware using various methods
ensures compliance with safety procedures
maintains chemical levels and temperatures as per standards
keeps dish area orderly and adheres to safety standards
sweeps and mops kitchen floors to maintain cleanliness
cleans worktables, walls, refrigerators, and food prep surfaces
removes trash and cleans garbage cans
transfers supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
assists in loading and unloading supplies and products
performs other duties as assigned
