Job Duties

  • Operate an industrial dishwasher
  • Wash pots, pans, and other cooking equipment
  • Wash plates, glasses, pots, pans, trays, and flatware
  • Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
  • Restock tools and supplies for the next shift
  • Maintain the dish area, equipment, and chemicals
  • Empty and clean all trash receptacles
  • Follow all sanitation policies
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the workday
  • Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment
  • Help line cooks properly prep, store, and date food
  • Clean and organize kitchen equipment
  • Other duties as assigned
