Job Requirements
- Previous dishwasher experience preferred
- Good oral communication skills
- Hardworking with a positive and upbeat attitude
- Comfortable working with a team in a fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work a night schedule that includes holidays and weekends
- Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to lift, carry, or pull objects that may be heavy
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks

Job Duties
- Operate an industrial dishwasher
- Wash pots, pans, and other cooking equipment
- Wash plates, glasses, pots, pans, trays, and flatware
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Restock tools and supplies for the next shift
- Maintain the dish area, equipment, and chemicals
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles
- Follow all sanitation policies
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the workday
- Contribute to an overall positive and collaborative environment
- Help line cooks properly prep, store, and date food
- Clean and organize kitchen equipment
- Other duties as assigned
