In this position, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils, ensuring everything is spotless and ready for use. Proper and safe operation of the dishwasher and other kitchen equipment is a must, as is the responsibility of emptying trash in the kitchen and other areas to maintain a clean working environment. The Dishwasher/Utility role also involves teamwork with kitchen staff by supporting cooks with prep work, including preparing Red Lobster's signature Cheddar Bay biscuits, and other tasks as assigned. Every action taken should keep the guests and team in mind, focusing on delivering an excellent experience for all.

This physically demanding role requires the ability to bend, reach, stoop, lift up to 50 pounds safely, and stand for 8-12 hour shifts, emphasizing the need for stamina, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities. Culinary experience is preferred but not required, and the company welcomes individuals authorized to work in the country who meet the minimum age requirements.
