- excellent customer service skills and etiquette
- able to communicate effectively with team members
- willing to learn about and use cleaning chemicals properly
- capable of working in warm to very warm kitchen temperatures
- ability to multitask effectively in a team environment

Job Duties
- Operate industrial dishwasher
- wash dishes, sweep/mop floors, clean and maintain equipment
- sanitize utensils and maintain all restaurant areas
- maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition
- clean food preparation areas, facilities, or equipment
- execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
- place clean dishes and cooking equipment in storage
- empty and clean trash receptacles
- assist prep cook and kitchen staff during peak times including basic prep
- load or unload trucks delivering or picking up food or supplies
- perform opening, closing, and side work
- clean up spills or broken glass immediately
