Job Requirements

High School Diploma preferred
must be at least 17 or older
food handler certificate required
ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish
ability to work flexible hours including late shifts, weekends, or holidays
physical ability to stand for 10-12 hours per day and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Qualifications

High School Diploma preferred with the ability to work a flexible schedule including late shifts, weekends, or holidays
must be at least 17 or older
food handler certificate required
ability to effectively communicate in English and Spanish

Job Duties

Maintains a clean kitchen, properly washes and sorts soiled dishes, and preps foods as needed
keeps dish area free of clutter and organized
sets up dish stations, including dish machines and sinks
maintains clean and dry floors throughout the shift
properly washes, stacks, and stores china, glassware, silverware, cookware, and storage containers
changes water of machines and sinks every two hours or more often as required, and properly uses chemical dilutions
maintains trash cans throughout shift and removes full trashcans, boxes, and rinses garbage cans at the end of each shift
maintains the dry storage area and organization of storage shelves
follows the posted daily dish cleaning duties
assists other duties set forth or as needed
attends and satisfactorily completes all required training as assigned and required
