Job Duties
- Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing machines and manual methods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including sinks, counters, and floors
- Sort and stack clean dishes and kitchen equipment in designated storage areas
- Assist kitchen staff with basic cleaning tasks and waste disposal as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Report any equipment malfunctions or supply shortages to the supervisor promptly
- Adhere to assigned work schedules and maintain regular and reliable attendance
