In this role, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant, ensuring that all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils are sanitized and ready for use. You will operate dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently, handle trash removal, and support kitchen staff by assisting with food preparation tasks such as prepping ingredients and helping prepare Red Lobster’s signature Cheddar Bay biscuits. Teamwork, attention to detail, and a guest-focused attitude are essential traits for success in this position.

Candidates for this role should be physically able to meet the demands of the job, including bending, reaching, stooping, lifting up to 50 pounds safely, moving around the restaurant, and standing for extended shifts of 8 to 12 hours. Culinary experience is preferred but not required.
