Job Duties
- Clean and maintain food and beverage storage, preparation, and cooking areas and equipment
- Maintain proper sanitation of all dishwashing and pot washing areas and equipment
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment properly to provide clean, sanitized china, glass and silver
- Remove all trash from kitchen areas, operate garbage disposal and trash compactor
- Maintain control over food and beverage china, glass, silver, cookware and service equipment inventories
- Perform breakdown of all food service materials and equipment after banquet functions
