Job Duties

Clean and maintain food and beverage storage, preparation, and cooking areas and equipment
Maintain proper sanitation of all dishwashing and pot washing areas and equipment
Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment properly to provide clean, sanitized china, glass and silver
Remove all trash from kitchen areas, operate garbage disposal and trash compactor
Maintain control over food and beverage china, glass, silver, cookware and service equipment inventories
Perform breakdown of all food service materials and equipment after banquet functions
