Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
  • Basic understanding of safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment
  • Assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of the restaurant interior and exterior
  • Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation in the kitchen
  • Perform spot cleaning of floors, carpeting, walls, and furnishings
  • Communicate effectively with team members
  • Collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure sufficient quantities of utensils and equipment are ready to serve guests
