Job Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Must be able to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
Basic understanding of safety and sanitation protocols
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Must be at least 18 years of age

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus

Job Duties

Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment
Assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of the restaurant interior and exterior
Maintain high standards of safety and sanitation in the kitchen
Perform spot cleaning of floors, carpeting, walls, and furnishings
Communicate effectively with team members
Collaborate with others in a fast-paced environment
Ensure sufficient quantities of utensils and equipment are ready to serve guests
