As a part of the Dial family, employees have the unique opportunity to engage daily with knowledgeable seniors, learning from their experiences and contributing to their quality of life. The company’s mission revolves around enhancing the well-being of residents by not only extending their years but enriching the years they live. Dial’s culture fosters a strong sense of community, compassion, and service, making it a distinctive place to work for those passionate about making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.

This part-time position is tailored for individuals who are eager to contribute to a nurturing community while developing valuable skills in a supportive setting. The role primarily involves assisting with food service and kitchen duties to ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable dining experience for the residents. Employees will perform tasks such as dishwashing, cleaning kitchen equipment, serving food and beverages, and maintaining sanitation standards. The job demands physical activity, including standing and moving for several hours during shifts, reflecting the dynamic nature of the work environment. Dial values teamwork and customer service, so candidates who demonstrate a cooperative spirit and dedication to resident satisfaction will find this role rewarding.

In addition to the important responsibilities within the kitchen and dining areas, team members enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that enhances their overall work experience. Benefits include paid time off for birthdays and anniversaries, tuition assistance to support personal growth, double pay on holidays, and PTO accrual beginning on the first day of employment. The company also offers a referral bonus program, a meal provision during shifts, and loyalty incentives to recognize commitment. Health insurance coverage extends to medical, dental, and vision care, coupled with life insurance and a 401K plan. Flexible spending accounts for dependent care and other programs like pay advances, Verizon and AT&T discounts, and employee recognition further contribute to a workplace culture centered on employee well-being and development.

Overall, this role at Dial is ideal for those seeking part-time hours with meaningful engagement, a chance to support older adults, and access to an extensive benefits package. Whether you have prior experience or are looking to learn and grow in a caregiving environment, Dial offers an inclusive atmosphere where every team member’s contribution is valued and celebrated.
