Job Requirements
- Wash and sanitize all dishes and kitchen supplies at the hotel
- Clean and sanitize countertops and floors after each shift
- Comply with standards outlined in food and dish sanitation checklists
- Ability to use dishwashing equipment effectively
- Ability to follow safety procedures strictly
- Must be physically able to stand, sit, walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Flexible scheduling availability based on guest occupancy and staffing
Job Qualifications
- Ability to use all dishwashing equipment provided and required in the hotel kitchen
- Ability to understand and execute all required safety procedures
- Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
- Effective in handling workplace problems including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues
- Ability to work well in stressful situations
- Ability to provide excellent guest service and remain approachable
Job Duties
