Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments
- Ability to wear protective hand and face coverings throughout the shift
- Ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- Ability to frequently wash hands throughout the shift
- Effective communication skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant environment is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure all kitchen utensils are cleaned properly
- Assist in general utility tasks including waste disposal and kitchen organization
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Lift and move kitchen equipment and supplies safely
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
