ability to wash and clean all tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment and bus tubs
capability to wash equipment, mats and walls
organizational skills to keep work area clean
ability to handle tableware to prevent breakage
willingness to bag and haul trash
observational skills to monitor dish machine water temperature and detergent levels

Job Qualifications

experience as a dish washer in a fast-paced work environment
working knowledge of loading rinsed items into dish machine, running the machine and unloading it
experience assisting in stocking deliveries
organizational skills
observational skills for monitoring equipment
strong commitment to cleanliness and safety
