Job Duties
- ensure all dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment are cleaned and sanitized properly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station and kitchen area
- assist kitchen staff with basic food prep and cleanup tasks as needed
- manage dishwashing machinery and report any mechanical issues promptly
- follow all health and safety regulations related to kitchen sanitation
- support team members by maintaining steady workflow during busy service times
- assist in restocking clean dishes and supplies to various kitchen and dining areas
