Job Duties
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, and glassware
- operate cleaning equipment safely and correctly
- use chemicals in proper quantities for safety and cost control
- sort dishware and flatware carefully to prevent loss or damage
- empty trash and maintain trash receptacles in the kitchen
- assist kitchen staff with pressure point relief during shifts
- maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dish areas including floors, walls, and drains
