Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Able to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Must maintain a valid Food Handlers' certification
- Reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Strong teamwork and communication skills

- Prior experience in a restaurant environment preferred but not required
- Must maintain a valid Food Handlers' certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Able to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
- Reliable, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of dishwashing area
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Must be at least 16 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Duties
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots and pans, and miscellaneous smallware with commercial dishwasher or three compartment sinks
- Place clean dishes or cooking equipment in designated storage areas
- Maintain kitchen work and prep areas, equipment or utensils in clean and orderly condition
- Aid in stocking supplies, such as food or utensils, in serving stations, refrigerators, freezers, etc.
- Sweep and scrub floors in the kitchen and dish area
- Clean garbage, compost, and recycling bins
- Transfer supplies between storage and workstations by hand or by using rolling carts
