Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving heavy items

Job Duties
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans and other smallwares and equipment
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment for guests and team members
- Support team members with genuine hospitality and teamwork
- Follow health and safety protocols strictly
- Assist with maintaining overall cleanliness of the restaurant
