Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and utensils are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Assist with waste disposal and recycling
- Support kitchen staff by providing clean equipment as needed
- Follow health and safety regulations and standards
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations
