Job Description

Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- ability to effectively communicate with others
- physical ability to stand and move for up to four hours
- ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds safely
- willingness to work in hot and damp conditions
- ability to use cleaning supplies and equipment safely
- ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a kitchen or cleaning role is an advantage
- good communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- teamwork orientation
- basic understanding of sanitation practices
Job Duties
- clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness in the back of house
- communicate effectively with team members
- assist with general kitchen duties as needed
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- operate dishwashing machines and tools
- lift and move items up to 50 pounds
