Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • supporting the cooks with prep work, preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits and other tasks
  • focusing on team and guests in decision making
  • following all cleanliness and safety protocols
