This position involves supporting the kitchen and facility operations by maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization throughout the food production and service areas. Responsibilities include washing dishes by hand or using dishwashing machines, cleaning and sanitizing worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks. The role requires sweeping, mopping, cleaning, and vacuuming floors, removing trash, restocking cleaning supplies, and assisting with set-up and break-down tasks as needed. Candidates are expected to have open availability as shifts may vary.
