Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- No previous related work experience required
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures and food safety concepts
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, potentially exceeding 8 hours
- Capability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift or move 50 pounds
- Open availability for varying shifts
- Consistent attendance and timeliness
- Ability to follow instructions and adapt to different client requirements
Job Qualifications

- Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic concepts of food safety
- Ability to work flexible shifts with open availability
- Capability to follow safety and hygiene guidelines strictly

- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Job Duties
- Washes dishes by hand or places them in a dishwashing machine
- Clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
- Sweeps, mops, cleans and vacuums floors
- Removes trash and garbage to designated areas
- Cleans equipment using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards
- Re-stock supplies, such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- Assists with basic set-up and break-down tasks as directed
