Job Requirements

ability to stand for extended periods
availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
ability to follow health and safety standards

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
prior experience in a food service or restaurant environment is a plus
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong attention to detail and cleanliness
good communication and teamwork skills
willingness to learn and take on multiple roles

Job Duties

clean dishes, pans, storage containers, and prep materials using a 3 compartment sink
cut potatoes and prepare items for cooking
bring prepped items up to the line
keep the back of house area clean and hazard free
follow all company operational procedures
support overall kitchen cleanliness and organization
