Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in dishwashing or similar role preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- physical capability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for long periods
- ability to follow detailed cleaning and safety procedures

Job Duties
- work as a team supporting other work positions during their shift as needed
- complete all closing duties including cleaning at the end of each work shift
- follow proper dish cleaning procedures using both dish machines and three compartment sinks
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in kitchen and dishwashing areas
- assist in supporting the overall kitchen operations as needed
- ensure timely and efficient washing of dishes and utensils
- comply with health and safety regulations
