We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Dishwasher to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in both the kitchen and dining areas. This position requires someone with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the physical stamina to manage the demands of a fast-paced restaurant environment. The role primarily involves operating the automatic dishwashing machine, restocking clean dishes, promptly removing trash, and assisting with overall kitchen and service floor maintenance as directed by supervisors. Candidates need to be familiar with health and safety regulations as well as sanitation protocols to ensure compliance at all times.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Previous dishwashing or restaurant experience preferred
- Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 50 pounds in weight
- Ability to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelves
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in length
