Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays
Must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods
Reliable transportation or access to transportation
Ability to maintain cleanliness and follow safety protocols
Must be at least 18 years old

Ability to work varying shifts including evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Maintain and clean kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils
Wash dishes/pots by hand or in a machine and polish silverware
Sweep, mop, and clean floor, and remove garbage to designated areas
Wash worktables, walls, refrigerators and meat blocks
Transfer supplies and equipment within and between storage and work areas such as pantry and dish room
Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
Perform other duties as assigned depending on business necessities and client requirements
