As a Dishwasher/Utility team member at Red Lobster, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the restaurant. This position is essential for ensuring that all dishware, utensils, and kitchen areas meet the highest standards of hygiene and safety. You will work closely with the kitchen staff, supporting cooks with prep work and helping prepare signature items like Cheddar Bay biscuits. Job Duties

  • Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • Supporting cooks with prep work and preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
  • Focusing on team and guest satisfaction in every decision
  • Following all cleanliness and safety protocols
