Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift heavy items safely
- basic knowledge of sanitation practices
- reliable and punctual
- ability to work in a team environment
Job Qualifications

- prior dishwashing or kitchen experience beneficial
- knowledge of proper sanitation and food safety standards

Job Duties
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure guests and team members have a clean, sanitized and safe environment
- support team member wellness and safety practices
- maintain cleanliness of all kitchen and dining equipment
- assist with basic cleanup duties in the restaurant
