Job Requirements
- Meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, crouch, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12 hour shift
- ability to multitask and work in a detail-oriented team environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is a plus
- ability to work effectively in a team environment
- attention to detail
- understanding of safety and sanitation standards
- basic communication skills
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- clean and disinfect all dishes, silverware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- operate dishwashing equipment safely and correctly
- empty kitchen and other area trash
- work as a team supporting cooks with prep work and making signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- focus on the team and customers in all decisions
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
