Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen sanitation preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- Physical ability to lift heavy items
- Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Strong attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a dishwasher or similar role is a plus
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Basic understanding of food safety principles
Job Duties
- Wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
- Maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- Ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment for guests and team members
- Collaborate with team members to uphold high hygiene standards
- Support restaurant operations by timely dishwashing during peak periods
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards
