Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Comfortable working in hot and damp conditions
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
- Commitment to adhere to cleanliness and hygiene practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in dishwashing or kitchen utility roles is advantageous but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to follow health and safety protocols
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks with stamina
- Basic understanding of sanitation standards
Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area and kitchen equipment
- Operate dishwashing machines and ensure all dishes, utensils, and cookware are sanitized
- Assist in general utility tasks such as cleaning floors, trash removal, and stock organization
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines including wearing protective gear
- Lift and move heavy items safely up to 50 pounds
- Support team efforts in a fast-paced environment
