Job Duties
- Wash dishes by hand or use dishwashing machine
- clean and sanitize worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks
- sweep, mop, clean, and vacuum floors
- remove trash and garbage to designated areas
- clean equipment using specific chemicals to maintain sanitary standards
- restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and cleaning materials
- assist with basic set-up and break-down tasks
- attend work and show up on time with satisfactory regularity
