The Dishwasher role at Connors Steak & Seafood is vital in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation within our kitchen and dining areas. This position is available for both full-time and part-time employment, providing flexibility for a variety of schedules. As a Dishwasher, you will be responsible for the thorough cleaning of silverware, glassware, china, and food service equipment, ensuring that all items meet our exacting standards before use. The role also involves completing daily opening and closing duties specific to the dish area and ensuring that all equipment used in dishwashing is cared for and functioning properly.

Beyond these primary tasks, our Dishwashers are often called upon to support other areas of the kitchen as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute wherever the team requires assistance. Reliability, punctuality, and adherence to company attendance policies are critical to success in this position. Team members are expected to arrive prepared, in proper uniform, and ready to work at the start of their shifts. Additional duties may be assigned as necessary to meet the restaurant’s operational needs.
