Job Requirements
- ability to wash and clean all tableware, pots, pans, cooking equipment, and bus tubs
- capability to wash equipment, mats, and walls in dish work area
- organizational skills to keep equipment and work area clean
- ability to handle tableware carefully
- commitment to ensure the diner outside is clean and debris free
- observational skills to monitor dish machine water temperature and detergent levels
- willingness to bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster

- keep dish washing area cleaned and organized throughout each shift

- maintain cleanliness outside the diner and remove debris
- bag and haul dish room trash to dumpster
