Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Ability to work in noisy, fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and write handwritten notes
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand and move about for entire shift
- Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently
Job Qualifications
- Friendly and able to smile often
- Ability to communicate clearly with guests and team members
- Disciplined and self-motivated
- Previous maintenance experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work days, nights and weekends as required
- Dressed in accordance with company dress guidelines
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action
- Use cleaning chemicals properly in correct quantities
- Safely operate all dishwashing equipment
- Clean and sanitize dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and utensils
- Sort dishware and flatware carefully to avoid loss or disposal
- Adhere to company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
