Job Duties

  • clean all prep equipment according to sanitation requirements
  • clean silverware, glassware and dishes
  • keep the dish pit organized
  • assist the kitchen in keeping the line area clean and organized
  • assist in keeping the prep areas clean
  • maintain a fast working pace to aid in efficient table turnover
