Currently, Flagship Culinary Services is looking for Dish Machine Operators to join their team supporting the cafes of the largest social media company in the world. This role is essential for maintaining the cleanliness and readiness of dishware and kitchen tools, ensuring smooth kitchen operations and excellent customer service. The position pays $21.00 per hour and operates within a Monday to Friday schedule, 6am to 2:30pm, providing employees with a consistent work routine and weekends off.
As a Dish Machine Operator, you will engage in various critical activities such as washing and drying dishes, glassware, flatware, and cookware using both machine and hand methods. Your responsibilities also include loading and unloading dish machines regularly, maintaining the cleanliness of your work area including sweeping and mopping floors, and properly stocking clean dishes and utensils in storage areas. Proper handling and disposal of trash, cleaning garbage cans, and supporting kitchen operations by preparing food items and restocking supplies are also part of your duties. The role demands attention to safety, hygiene, and teamwork within a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
- One year of dish machine operating experience
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Exposure to soap, cleaning solutions, and steam
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to move throughout the dish pit and kitchen safely and with a sense of urgency
- Ability to follow company policies regarding attendance, safety, and sanitation
- High school diploma or GED
Job Duties
- Wash and dry dishes, glassware, flatware, and pots and pans by machine or hand
- Load and unload dish washing machines frequently throughout the day
- Maintain clean work areas and equipment, sweep and scrub floors
- Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas and prepare individual place settings
- Sort and remove trash, cleaning garbage cans with water or steam
- Clean and prepare various foods for cooking and serving, stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars
- Perform other assigned duties
