Job Requirements

  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
  • One year of dish machine operating experience
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
  • Exposure to soap, cleaning solutions, and steam
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a high-volume, full-service kitchen preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to move throughout the dish pit and kitchen safely and with a sense of urgency
  • Ability to follow company policies regarding attendance, safety, and sanitation
  • High school diploma or GED

Job Duties

  • Wash and dry dishes, glassware, flatware, and pots and pans by machine or hand
  • Load and unload dish washing machines frequently throughout the day
  • Maintain clean work areas and equipment, sweep and scrub floors
  • Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in storage areas and prepare individual place settings
  • Sort and remove trash, cleaning garbage cans with water or steam
  • Clean and prepare various foods for cooking and serving, stock supplies in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars
  • Perform other assigned duties
