- Ability to tolerate significant changes in temperature and frequent immersion of hands in water and cleaning or sanitizing solutions
- ability to obtain a valid food and alcohol certification as required by state law

Job Duties
- Wash and clean tableware and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness and organization of dish room and equipment
- stock kitchen with clean tableware
- ensure safe handling and use of chemicals and dishwashing machinery
- assist in food preparation
- maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, trash cans, floors, parking lots, back dock, and kitchen
- uphold safety and sanitation standards
