Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior dishwashing or kitchen experience beneficial
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety protocols
- Good physical stamina
- Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be punctual and have reliable attendance
- Basic understanding of cleaning equipment and chemicals

- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
- Ability to be on your feet and active for 8 or more hours, climb stairs, lift up to 50lbs and use basic cleaning equipment
Job Duties
- Wash all wares in dish-washing machine or by hand according to the highest sanitation standards and store in proper areas
- Polish all silverware, platters, and chafing dishes
- Empty garbage cans, wash, and reline with new bags
- Break down boxes, crates, and remove debris
- Wash and polish all stainless steel in the kitchen including shelves, dish cabinets, ice machines, coffee area, refrigerators, walk-ins
- Sweep and mop kitchen floors
- Assist in food preparation, storing foods after delivery, and cleaning coolers, freezers, and storerooms
- Maintain inventories of soap, chemicals, and paper towels
- Assist in completing weekly kitchen cleaning and maintenance list
- Ensure all safety, sanitation and security procedures are followed
- Arrive to work on time, well-groomed and in clean work attire
- Carry out other duties as assigned by management
