As a dishwasher/utility team member at Red Lobster, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and efficiency of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring a top-quality experience for both guests and your team. This role involves a variety of responsibilities centered around maintaining sanitation standards and supporting kitchen operations. Your daily duties will include cleaning and sanitizing dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils using professional dishwashing equipment. You will also be responsible for cleaning and maintaining all areas in the restaurant, emptying trash, and helping the cooking team by prepping food and assisting with our iconic Cheddar Bay biscuits. Your focus will always be on the guest and your team, making decisions that contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
