Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment preferred
- ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- willingness to adhere to strict cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items
- strong team collaboration and communication skills

Job Duties
- wash dishes and kitchen utensils efficiently

- operate dishwashing equipment safely and properly
- assist kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean dishes and utensils
- adhere to health and safety regulations and sanitation standards
- support team members with maintenance tasks as needed
- manage waste disposal and recycling according to guidelines
