Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
one year of related job experience
ability to follow food safety procedures
physical ability to perform cleaning tasks
ability to work part-time 20 hours per week
must report to Food and Beverage Director
compliance with all hygiene and sanitation regulations

Job Qualifications

ability to operate dishwashing equipment

Job Duties

Set up and maintain dish and pot washing areas
operate dish machine(s) according to food safety standards
wash and sanitize dishes, china, silverware, glassware, utensils, and cookware
set up and maintain pot and pan sink areas
clean large and small production equipment including stoves, ovens, fryers, microwaves, mixers, slicers, refrigerators, freezers, work tables, prep sinks, hoods, and ventilation screens
perform janitorial duties in dining areas such as the Dining Room and Bistro
