The Dishwasher/Utility position is a vital role within the Red Lobster team, with responsibilities centered around maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the kitchen and dining areas. Job Duties

  • cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant
  • cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils
  • safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment
  • emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas
  • supporting cooks with prep work and preparation of signature Cheddar Bay biscuits
  • focusing on team and guests in every decision made
  • following all cleanliness and safety protocols
